I am a historical re-enactor, particularly in the WWII period and German forces. I have been a member of the Second Battle Group for over ten years, and am also a member of the IMPS. I am the owner of a Zundapp KS600 with sidecar and DKW 350 NZ, and am actively involved with the restoration of other SBG-owned vehicles, including an Opel Blitz. I have a particular passion for various German metal and wooden ammunition boxes!!

History of Hobby - When and where did you start and how did you arrive where you are to-day?

How long have you been involved with War & Peace and in what capacity?

It all started when my father took me to see the film "The Battle of the Bulge" at the pictures! The Battle of Britain and the bike chase from the Great Escape set me on the path to rust! I've gone from collecting medals and equipment to wearing it!

I came to Beltring for the first time about 12 years ago as a member of the Second Battle Group and I have been to the show every year since, displaying our equipment and vehicles. Rex asked me a while back to come up with a WWII battle re-enactment involving as much mayhem as possible in the arena, which I continue to do...
