Visitors to the War and Peace show 2002 include The Second Infantry Division / Club of Military History in Pilsen (Czech Republic). They will be doing H Co, 38th Infantry Regiment, 2nd Infantry Division (1944 to 1945).
Second Infantry Division Pilsen were first established on May 6th, 1999 on the day of Pilsen's liberation by the U.S. Army in 1945. The aim of the club is to remember the glorious days of Czech history and the allied armies which defeated the German nazis. Members of the club too young to remember the liberation can learn history from the club. That is why the unit is a "Living history club", they want to show soldiers in the U.S. army at the end of the war from the right side.
